DESTINATION 1: VIETNAM
Amanoi, Vinh Hy Bay, Vietnam
Backed by the rolling hills of Nui Chua National Park, Amanoi is perched on a dramatic stretch of Vietnam’s coastline with spectacular views of the East Sea. From its clifftop restaurants and swimming pool to its extensive lakeside Aman Spa and idyllic Beach Club in a private white-sand cove, Amanoi is a remote natural paradise inspiring both adventure and serenity. Explore the National Park with guided hikes to Temple Cove, Goga Peak, or Hanging Lake, cycle through local villages to visit morning markets, and discover Vinh Hy Bay by boat with lunch in a floating restaurant and tea in a fishing village. Surrender to the healing touch of the spa’s expert therapists and dine on the finest Vietnamese fare. A farewell dinner on the beach will round off your stay.
Destination 2: LAOS
Amantaka, Luang Prabang, Laos
The pace of Luang Prabang is seductively slow. Observe the ebb and flow of the mighty Mekong River and flashes of saffron as Buddhist monks tread silently between temples in Laos’ spiritual capital, a well-preserved Unesco World Heritage Site. At the foot of sacred Mount Phousi, Amantaka’s historic French colonial buildings retain their era’s genteel grace amid lush gardens, while private pools and an expansive spa keep contemporary souls in their comfort zone. A traditional Baci ceremony will bless your arrival, and a personal guide will help you discover the town’s historic treasures from the Royal Palace to iconic temples. A boat trip on the Mekong to Pak Ou Cave – full of Buddhist statues, a hike to the village of Ban Muang Khaeo, visiting rescued elephants, and witnessing the traditional almsgiving ceremony at dawn are sure to be highlights.
DESTINATION 3: CAMBODIA
Amansara, Siem Riep, Cambodia
Once a residence for guests of the King, Amansara rests in serene seclusion just minutes from Angkor’s fabled temples. A verdant sanctuary with two swimming pools, a tranquil spa, a peaceful roof terrace, and 24 suites, Amansara is the ideal base for exploring the remarkable Unesco-protected ruins and experiencing Khmer culture. Witness sunrise gilding Angkor Wat, count the many stone faces of Jayavarman VII on Bayon, and marvel at the giant strangler figs holding Ta Prohm firmly in their embrace.
