Meaningful Moments and Making Memories

I'm excited to share the overwhelmingly positive sentiments I heard while recently attending the Abercrombie & Kent Advisory Board Meeting. Representatives from their 80+ offices around the world were in attendance. The big takeaway was that travel is not only back, but it's better than ever! Reps from Cambodia to Namibia to Australia shared how busy they've been and all the exciting experiences they've launched to incorporate into client itineraries (thanks to maximizing their COVID downtime)! One area that seems to be trending is a keen focus on hands-on philanthropic endeavors that directly impact their respective countries at the most local level.

Although the nature of my business has not kept me from traveling these past two years, I have been craving a new destination to explore with my family. This past spring break, we decided to visit the Maldives and Dubai. Spending quality time in unique destinations with so many shared "first-time" experiences filled my cup. Some of our highlights included: zip lining to an Odette pop-up (awarded #8 best restaurant in the world last year) at the Soneva Fushi, trying our best on the surf simulator at Cheval Blanc Randheli, and enjoying to the fullest our personal waterslides at Sonova Jani.

These kinds of memories are worth traveling halfway around the world.
