Yes, most of the time. If connecting rooms are available at a hotel, we ensure they’ll guarantee it at time of booking and remind them ahead of your arrival. Some hotels do not offer connecting rooms, in which case we try our best to get you adjoining rooms.

Yes, we can book your flights; however, it has to be part of an itinerary. We do not book air tickets only. Air ticketing fees apply.
Yes, Huffman Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment, health, belongings, and vacation memories before and during your trip. We have access to different plans and providers to cover trip cancelation, interruption or delays, medical, dental, emergency medical transportation, lost luggage, and more. As a complement, we also recommend private medical transportation with Medjet. This subscription service guarantees you can be transferred in comfort to your preferred medical facility, as soon as medically able.
No. Our commitment is to always provide you with prices you would have found online. The same way hotels and suppliers pay a commission to online booking sites, they pay us a commission on public rates.
It depends on your request. We do not charge a design fee for direct hotel bookings – when you know when and where you’d like to go, and simply reach out to us to benefit from our VIP amenities. You can even book a hotel directly from our website and receive VIP amenities.
We charge a design fee for most trips that require more than a simple hotel booking. Design fees help us cover the time we invest in crafting your perfect trip and our clients find that our design fees are lower than the added value we consistently provide through expertise, amenities, and unforgettable experiences. Our design fee will be stated at the beginning of the trip planning.
No, there is no set minimum budget as it depends greatly on your trip, the destination, the specifics, and who is traveling. We can help you understand the budget required for your trip so you can decide if we are the best partner for you. We are a luxury travel agency and only work with luxury hotels and suppliers to guarantee the highest level of care and safety.
Except for our design fees which are paid directly to Huffman Travel, your card will be securely charged by our partners (hotels, suppliers, etc.) in order to guarantee maximum transparency. We do not keep your travel funds directly, however, we do monitor closely the partners we work with for added peace of mind.
We accept all major credit cards and recommend you always pay with a credit card, as it offers higher protection for your travel investment.
You can be as involved or not as you’d like. We are flexible and happy to work however you prefer. We like to start with a quick phone call to get to know each other and learn about your project. Then, we send you our client paperwork for review and approval (to include credit card details, terms and conditions, profile information, etc.) and will start working on your trip as soon as you send these documents back to us.
Next, we will proceed with creating a first sketch itinerary for your trip and make recommendations. We can then review everything together and amend the proposal until you are satisfied and ready to confirm the arrangements.
Ahead of your trip, we will reconfirm all services with our local partners (hotels, guides, drivers, etc.) to ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
During your trip, we will keep a close eye on your progress and will be available backstage to keep orchestrating your perfect trip.
Finally, upon your return, we would love to set up another quick call to talk about your trip and receive feedback that will help us make your next trip even more memorable.
